• All catalog prices include a one color, one location imprint.
• Set-up & screen charge per color $50 (v). Reset-up charge 20.00 (v).
• PMS matching: No charge. Metallic Gold or Silver is $25.00(v) extra each time.
• For artwork larger than 5" by 7", add $1.25 (V)per inch to the running charges below for each item.
• Color Change Charge: $20.00 (V)
• Color can only be as close as possible, exact color matching is not guaranteed.
• Paper proof: No charge. Product proof: $20.00 (v) per color, plus shipping & merchandise cost.

HEAT TRANSFER:

The additional running charge & set up charge is the same as silk screen; however, it allows up to 8 colors.

• 4 Color Process Photo is available on fabric items only. Standard imprint size up to 7" x 5".
  There may be an additional charge for size larger than standard. Please call for quote details.
• Set-up charge is $175.00 (v). Reset-up charge $50.00(v).

• Each additional 1,000 over 5,000 stitches add $0.35(v).
• Tape charge: $62.50(v) up to 5,000 stitches, $12.50 (v) each additional 1,000 stitches.
• Re-digitized charge: $30.00(v) tape edit within 10% size reduction or enlargement.
• Metallic Gold or Silver add $0.35(v) to each 1,000 stitches.
  For additional color over 6 colors add $0.20(v) each color each piece.
  Color match will be done as close as possible, please indicate the Madeira or Robison Anton
  thread number for the color required.
• Personalization: Only the available fonts will be used.
  Full name: $12.00(v) for flat item, add $2.00(v) for bulky & leather items.
  Initials Per set: $10.00(v), add $2.00(v) for Bulky & leather items.
• Product proof: $30.00(v) & merchandise cost & shipping.
  Sew-out proof: $20.00(v) & shipping.

The decoration price above is for one color. For each additional color add 0.25(v).
Standard size: 2" oval shape. If order is standard size, no set up charge will be incurred.
An additional 35.00(v) per color will apply for a custom size.
Approval: 25.00(v) each color plus cost of merchandise.
