GENERAL INFORMATION

An address correction fee of 15.00 (v) per package / box will apply to all orders which require an address correction. This is in addition to shipping cost or fee's associated with the address correction and or return.

If artwork supplied requires typesetting, changes, touch-ups, color separation, etc., it will be billed at $50.00(v) per hour.

Customer is required to supply all artwork via Email as vector files with all text converted to curves or outlines to artwork@goodhopebags.com using the following file formats:  EPS, Adobe Illustrator CS (AI,EPS). Adobe Photoshop CS (PSD). JPEG, GIF, and Word Doc files are not acceptable for artwork. For single-color imprint, scans of camera ready, with a minimum of 600 DPI, are acceptable. For multi-color screen-printing, vector art, created in an application such as Illustrator is required. Please note that all fonts MUST be outlined prior to sending in artwork to proof.

All orders are considered firm. Once a PO has been submitted to Goodhope Bags, customer will have 5 calendar days to cancel the order. If the order is canceled after 5 days, it will be subject to a 50% charge of product cost. Phone cancellations are not permitted. Custom orders may not be cancelled after approval of proof.

All orders are subject to product availability. We cannot be liable for material shortages, quotas, delays due to Customs, shipping, or acts of God. Due to manufacturing and imprinting tolerance, all published sizes have an acceptable variation of 1". Occasional variations in material, color, size and design may occur. Goodhope Bags reserves the right to select the best imprinting method (either direct silkscreen or heat transfer) at our own discretion depending on the look of your artworks as well as our merchandise materials. We aim to produce the best imprint quality possible. To enhance imprint quality, due to the nature of certain materials being printed on, clear coating might be applied

A charge of $7.50 (v) per location, per release is applied. On some instances, when individual drop ships or less-than-full master carton qty. drop ships are required, new-box charges will apply. Depending on the size of the item and the number of drop ship locations, new-box charges may vary. Please contact us to confirm costs.

To prevent degradation, we discard all magnesium dies, embroidery disk, and screen 12 months following the last use. Reorders placed after this date may incur new Set up, Die, or Tape charges.

DST or EMB formats are acceptable if the customer is providing the tape. Supplied disk/tape previously used for T-shirts, hats, or other items may not be usable on our products, due to the differences in material and structure. Please note that text should be no less than 1/4" in height.

Blank goods are shipped within 1-2 business days. For one-color imprint items, with camera-ready artwork provided, please allow 6-10 working days after art approvals. For items requiring multi-color imprint, embroidery, or deboss, the lead time is approximately 8-12 business days after art approval. Please allow an additional 3-4 working days if a product proof is required. For pen or sunglasses, lead time is 10-12 working days upon paper proof approval.

There is no minimum on blank goods. All imprinted orders require minimum quantities (our first column) as listed throughout the catalog/website. Less than minimum $62.50 (V) for an additional charge. EQP will not apply; first column pricing will be used. Absolute minimum is 50% of minimum quantity (our first column). An imprinted order less than absolute minimum, less than absolute minimum $93.75 (V) will apply.

Bulk, additional charges will apply for special packing/shipping needs.

There is no charge for a paper proof. If artwork supplied requires adjustments, touch ups, or over (3) separate revisions, it will be billed at $50.00(v) per hour. A silk screen proof is $18.75(v) per color. A deboss proof is $31.25 (v).
Embroidery proof is $25.00(v). An embroidery sew-out proof is $15.00 (v).

All returns must be pre-authorized, and a Return Authorization number, issued by Goodhope, is required with all returns.Any blank goods returned, except samples, may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Every effort will be made to rush your urgent order without an additional cost to you. However, a 5% Rush Charge (or a $35 Fee - whichever is greater) may be applied if the production time is too close to the delivery deadline. Drop shipments are not allowed for Rush Orders

Samples are billed at EQP less 15%, All samples are limited to one piece each style. Samples may be returned within 30 days from
the invoice date. Customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred with sample order and/or returns. If samples are ordered online through our website, they may qualify for 10% off.

Merchandise billed at EQP less 15%, running charge and set-up charges billed regular. No blank merchandise will receive a self-promo discount. Self-promo must be decorated by Goodhope and is limited to EQP quantity. Limit 3 pieces per style for photo/spec samples. The photo/spec/self-promo is excluded from the GTech line.

All prices quoted are FOB our warehouse in Ontario, California 91761. Our primary carrier is UPS. If you request a different shipping method and your order cannot make their cut-off time, we will ship UPS and invoice for shipping. If no carrier is specified on your order, UPS Ground will be used. If customer is arranging their own LTL freight a $25.00(v) per pallet charge will apply. We will not be responsible for any packages after they have left our facility.

All spec samples will be billed at EQP -15%, with a fee of $15.00(v) per color. Running charge and set-up charges billed regularly.
No return will be accepted for spec samples

Standard terms are Net 30 on credit approvals or Prepaid via credit card. New orders, large orders, and/or custom orders
may require a deposit.

We always attempt to ship exact quantities. However, we reserve the right to ship and invoice 5% under or over of quantity ordered.
